Nicki has a background in education, but a heart for design. Looking for a way to integrate into the design world, it was natural for her to choose a path of educating designers on great design products and lines. Nicki has been blessed to have wonderful mentors in this field, and her background in education and hospitality seems to fit well in assisting her clients.
Nicki started NC Design Products in 2021, and her daughter Natalie joined in 2022. The two really enjoy being able to expand their knowledge of the commercial design industry together as an unstoppable mother-daughter duo!

Natalie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022 and a Master's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, specializing in digital communication, in 2023. During her time as an undergraduate student, Natalie interned with NC Design Products. Upon graduating with her master's degree, Natalie moved to Birmingham in May 2023 and took on the role of a manufacturing sales representative for all of NCDP's commercial lines. Additionally, Natalie is the CEU coordinator for NCDP.
For as long as Natalie can remember, interior design has always been an interest of hers. She loves the creative outlet that NCDP provides, allowing her to explore all the possible ways to elevate clients' spaces.

Reese graduated from The University of Alabama with a double major in Public Relations and Communications. During her time as a student, she completed several internships in social media, marketing, and public relations—gaining valuable experience in content creation, brand strategy, and influencer engagement.
She thrives in fast-paced, creative environments where she can connect audiences through compelling storytelling and strategic communication—all of which translate seamlessly into the world of sales. Through shadowing Natalie during her senior year, Reese has developed a strong interest in interior design and is eager to explore how her background in communications can support and elevate design-driven brands.
Madeleine Osburn, Marketing Coordinator

Madeleine Osburn is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a focus in Social Media. During her time in college, she completed multiple internships centered on social media, honing her skills in content creation, strategy, and engagement. She also holds a Master’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a specialization in Digital Communication, which she completed in December 2023. As the Marketing Coordinator for NC Design Products, Madeleine manages social media, website upkeep, and email marketing, as well as handling copywriting for feature articles. She also attends trade shows and product presentations with NC Design Products in Nashville.

Claudia Handel is a graduate of Auburn University and a New York Times and USA Today Bestselling author. In addition to writing, she enjoys exploring the exciting world of commercial design with NC Design Products, where she serves as the Office Coordinator. Claudia is responsible for monitoring emails, assisting with scheduling, and directing inquiries. She lives in Tennessee with her husband, three daughters, and a slew of animals.
